What do I do if I lost my password?
If this is your first time logging in, your password is in your acceptance letter. If you no longer have this letter, please call the program office at 888.275.5061.

If this is your first time logging in with a password, your password is in your password notification letter. If you no longer have this letter, please call the program office at 888.275.5061.

If you have not applied and need further information on how to complete your application, call 888.275.5061.

Delegates who have already traveled: Your password is in your password notification e-mail.

If you have logged in before with a password, click "Forgot your password." Enter your Delegate ID number, and we will e-mail your password to the address you entered when you first logged on. You will receive your password within 15 minutes. If you have your e-mail filter turned on, you should check your spam folder to make sure you do not miss a message from us.

If you do not have access to the e-mail address you entered during your first login, please call the program office at 888.275.5061.

I lost my password, and I don't have access to the e-mail I used when I logged in for the first time?
Please call the program office at 888.275.5061. We will change your e-mail address and send you a new password.

How do I change my password?
Login to the Delegate Communication and go to the pre-travel section. Click on “Change password.”

I can’t log in to the Delegate Communication Center/My password doesn’t work.

I have logged in before but I am unable to log in now.
If you had been able to log in before but are having troubles logging in now you may need to reset your cookies and delete the cache from your browser. The most common reason this happens is that the last name or ID number was accidentally typed in incorrectly. When this happens your browser will be stuck remembering the wrong information, and you can't log in. To correct this issue follow the steps below:

Microsoft Internet Explorer
  1. Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.
  2. In the General tab click "Delete Cookies."
  3. In the General tab click on "Delete Files."
  4. Close and open Internet Explorer.
  5. Log in again.

Netscape
  1. Select Options from the Tools menu.
  2. In the Privacy tab, click Clear next to Cookies.
  3. Click OK.
  4. Close and open Netscape
  5. Log in again.
